  1. Returns & Exchanges at a Glance
  • Standard return window: 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Final-sale items: gift cards, perishables, personalized or intimate goods (see Section 6) are non-returnable.
  • Condition required: unused, unwashed, tags attached, in original packaging.
  • Refund method: back to the original payment method or store credit (your choice).
  • Return shipping: free on defective or incorrect items; otherwise, a flat-rate label fee of $7.95 (US) or £5.95 (UK) is deducted from the refund.
  1. How to Start a Return
  2. Log in to your account → Orders → “Return Item.”
  3. Select reason & preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
  4. Receive a prepaid label via email within 5 minutes.
  5. Drop off at any carrier location within 7 days of label creation.

No printer? Choose “QR code” at checkout—show your phone at the drop-off point.

  1. Processing Time
  • Inspection & refund initiation: 1–2 business days after we scan the package.
  • Funds visible:
    – Credit/Debit: 3–5 business days
    – PayPal/Apple Pay: up to 24 hours
    – Store credit: instant
  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos—prepaid label + full refund + 10% extra coupon for the inconvenience.
  • For large items (e.g., furniture), we’ll schedule a free pick-up.
  1. International Returns
  • Same 30-day window, but you may use your own trackable service.
  • Customs forms must state “Return Merchandise—No Commercial Value.”
  • Import duties originally paid are refunded only when the return is marked as “defective.”
  1. Non-Returnable Items
    Gift cards, clearance items ending in .97, custom prints, opened cosmetics, perishables, and any product marked “Final Sale.”
  2. Exchanges
  • Instant exchange is available for size/color in the US & UK. We ship the new item as soon as the carrier scans your return.
  • If the new item costs less, we refund the difference; if more, we charge the card on file.
  1. Gifts & Gift Receipts
  • Gift recipients receive store credit equal to the purchase price.
  • Original purchaser is not notified.
  1. Late or Missing Refunds
    If 10 business days have passed since our “Refund Issued” email, please:
  • Check your bank/PayPal again.
  • Contact us at info@zhuaotech.com with your order number and a screenshot of the statement.
  1. Policy Updates
    We may modify this policy at any time. Changes apply only to orders placed after the “Effective Date” above.
